A week ago I earned my Nia Blue Belt and I must say, for me, it was a real bitch! There we are on the side with Helen Terry. The funny thing is, she admitted to us that she was actually being easy on us. Ha! And a Sigh! I am just ecstatic I made it from point a to point b without completely passing out. Hormones freaking out, chronic fatigue, brain incapable of fully functioning and a deep desire to quit. My body is still recouping 7 days later.I want to do Brown Belt in a year or so and in the back of my mind I am thinking, am I crazy?!?!? Plus, at day 3 of Blue Belt I was so challenged, I was about to come up with a scapegoat to not finish Blue Belt. Sitting on the commode from 4 am in the morning writing in my alchemy book asking myself, can I be a Nia Instructor? Then I came up with a solution teach to a special population.
I've seriously thought about this too, a special population, though discerning that population is the current challenge. Right now, God has put women with depression in my path. Perhaps that is the direction? I don't know, I am not a therapist. I am not entirely good at reading His symbols, I could be wrong, I could be right.
The word, I AM is rolling in my mind. One of my all time favorite quotes of all time, (those who know me, I love quotes). My all time favorite is, "God said to Moses, "I AM WHO I AM"; and He said, "Thus you shall say to the sons of Israel, 'I AM has sent me to you.'"

Tell them I AM sent me! Whoah! That is by far the the most profound and taken advantage statement of the centuries. I AM!!! I AM THAT I AM! I AM the way and the light. He he! Do you get it? another question, Do you want to get it? Another question, Do you have the testicular fortitude to get it? It's ok, not everyone is meant to get it. Um, I suppose.
I will not give you my name, all you need to know is I Am sent me to you! Hahahahahahahahahahahaha! Love it. I still find great joy in the statement. It is by far the funniest thing ever and I take that statement quite serious.
I am thinking that is my symbol.
I am, which reminds me..... A Niamigo posted this and it made a good impression.
You will notice that those who speak most of prosperity, have it. Those who speak most of health, have it. Those who speak most of sickness, have it. Those who speak most of poverty, have it. It is Law. It can be no other way... The way you feel is your point of attraction, and so, the Law of Attraction is most understood when you see yourself as a magnet getting more and more of the way you feel. When you feel lonely, you attract more loneliness. When you feel poor, you attract more poverty. When you feel sick, you attract more sickness. When you feel unhappy, you attract more unhappiness. When you feel healthy and vital and alive and prosperous you attract more of all of those things. --- Abraham

I was reading this quote and putting "I am" in perspective and thinking of hypothyroidism and I've decided that it is most like those Energy Allies discussed in Blue Belt and I Am on this day forward looking at hypothyroidism as an Energy Ally.
I am that I am, I am blessed and gifted by my ability to recognize and discern certain truths as they are presented and the one thing that I know - I am blessed. This gift, as challenging as it may be, will be my ally in engaging with those who traveled down a road similar to my own. I have great compassion for them.
I do have prerequisites. You must have Sincerity and present this sincerity to the fullest degree and you must have Passion, luke warm disturbs me, and you must be open to Joy. So, Bring it!
Ok, that's all that I have.
