Been busy experimenting lately and will say the fatugue is less and less. I have found that one of the keys to avoiding Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) is eating less. Way less to be exact. I mean less than an handful. I mean bring a tablespoon with you and then eat a tablespoon or two of food. Eat every 45 minutes, or 1/2 hour or 20 minutes, when ever you feel hungry but can avoid CFS. Now, originally I tried a cup, then I went to 1/2 a cup and still CFS. 1/3 of a cup and then I was like, ok, let's try this. Breakfast: Boiled egg. 1/2 hour later, apple. 1/2 hour later tbsp or 2 of almonds. And boy it is working. Anymore than that and I want to pass out.
Moving on to Super C22 is something my mother introduced me to. -> http://www.superc22.com/
Studies prove Vitamin C deficiency is associated with many symptoms of chronic disease.
Studies indicate that the Vitamin C found in Super C22™ may help with chronic conditions. Also anxiety and depression. People who suffer from thyroid disease or any chronic disease know of anxiety and depression.
It has helped me with CFS and the Brain Fog. I heard I really should drink it all day, it's not the best tasting stuff, but eventually you get used to it. The good news is, sometime I feel super taking it. No pun intended.
Then finally, I have been reintroducing rice and potatoes and the occassional gluten free breads back into my diet. It's a slow, slow process. Of course, I stopped losing weight, but I can't stay away from those foods forever. I just really want to keep my insulin down, because I think there may be an issue with over-dosing with insulin. I've noticed if I have alot of carbs then insulin is the reason why my belly was getting thick, and recently there has been some finding that insulin may be the cause for some cancers.
Which recently there has been studies that Insulin Users have 50% higher chances of getting cancer. Elevated insulin levels are linked to breast cancer. -> http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2009/07/090709170819.htm
Recently, I saw a show with Dr. Oz that people with a waist above 35 inches are most likely to get breast cancer. So, I am no doctor, I repeat -> I am not a doctor. I am simply a sensation scientist and my body is my lab and I am experimenting with my own body and seeing how I feel with my body. But, can I put two and two together -> We are overdosing on insulin. Look at our diets, journal your diets and see how many sugars, carbs, starches, all the same thing right, how much are you getting in your diet.
Another interesting article from CNN - Diabetic drug that fights cancer -> http://www.cnn.com/2012/04/05/health/diabetes-drug-fights-cancer/index.html
Anyways, haven't lost any weight and honestly, I don't care about the weight. I used to care about the weight, but forget that. My hubby loves my body, why should I care about losing weight. The only ones who care are some goofy bitches who like to push their ego. My fuck yous' to you ladies. Really? Are you that pretentious? It truly shows what level you are at in terms of the evolution timeline. I want to be with the Bhaktis baby, not a bunch of bitches pushing their enslavement onto others. Keep your maya to yourself, slave.
Now, I do care about getting my belly under 35" because cancer runs in my family and I am 3/4 of an inch there. When I started, I was at 38 inches.
Really, all I care about is the fatgue, and that my brain is functional (hahaha) and I am not super fatigued, little bit fatgued here and there. Will report more in the coming weeks when I get my blood test again.
Wish me luck.
