A Lot of Fatigue Lately #LCHF #glutenfree #folicacid

I have been absolutely exhausted for the past few days.  I have been losing weight, lost about 2 lbs since Monday.  168.4 to 166.4. Suffering from a bit of the constipation so, I am realizing there is a key element in my diet that is missing.   Vitamins, minerals particularly folic acid.

I haven't been taking my vitamins, minerals etc. Just lazy I suppose.  So I got on that today as there is folic acid in most multi-vitamins. Folic Acid is mainly found in grains and...

The other thing I think is missing is magnesium to avoid things like constipation.  So, I will get on that and report on that next week to see if there are any changes.   I am pretty sure I am eating enough veges as I am eating spaghetti squash and artichokes like there is no tomorrow.  

We'll see.
