Well, the Duke University really made me feel horrible and fatigued and my whole intention is not to be fatigued. Reason I went on these diet "experiments" is not to be fatigued. Granted I did loose 4 lb, but I put 3 of those lbs back on. So, I am going back to a gluten free / low caloric diet. I think it works better for me because I pay attention the the calories I intake. Plus, those give me energy.
I only get brain fog on a great occasion, fatigue is rare.
So, since there is no failures only feedback, (that's the theme of all aspects in my life this week) the Duke University Diet was not a failure for me, I just think I need more than 20 carbs a day. So, I may adjust for shits and giggles to 60 carbs a day. Some friends of mine are trying that so I am going to try it too, starting next Monday.
